Emmy reflects on her 4-week experience helping to protect sea turtles in Bali.

Thanks to this international experience I have a different vision of the world and of volunteering. I learned a lot about different cultures and different ways of life. I also met wonderful people from many different countries, which helped me improve my English and learn a lot. In short, it was a very enriching experience, both culturally and humanly.

During these 3 weeks I've experienced many unforgettable moments, although I'd have to say that the bonfire on Thursday evening is one of my favorite moments, along with the weekend when we visited the island with other volunteers. Feeding the baby turtles was also a wonderful moment.

I'll be recommending this project to others, as it's an incredible experience to be able to share great moments with the turtles, the coordinators and the other volunteers.

I'd recommend RealStep for international projects, given their fast response times, their many partners and their flexibility.
