Amelie left for several weeks on an animal project in the heart of a nature reserve in Namibia

1. In a few lines, what has your international experience brought you?

The experience in Namibia allowed me to take on a project that was totally different from my previous trips. In contact with animals and nature, we learn so much every day about their conservation, conflicts with humans, ecotourism, the anti-poaching team... This project also allows you to discover new cultures, in contact with the locals who work with us every day and clearly make our experience incredible. You'll also have the opportunity to visit some of Namibia's best-known places between desert and savannah, accompanied by other volunteers from all over the world.

2. What were your best memories?

My favorite moments were probably the walks with the baby baboons and the horseback rides among the giraffes and zebras. Saturday evenings are also always good times over a braai (barbecue) with the staff and all the volunteers.
